We work closely with a number of schools, colleges and day nurseries nationwide to give support to their gardening projects and we strongly believe that children can gain a wealth of knowledge from the garden to support all areas of the curriculum. As well as practical sessions outdoors, we can advise on lesson plans and supply adapted worksheets.
Support through correspondence, such as post, telephone and email, is given all year round as a member of our school gardening member scheme (as well as a discount on seeds!). However, we also offer tailored gardening events at your school which can last between one and five days and can cater for a small group or the whole school – the choice is yours! Each event is designed together with the individual school to include a number of curriculum based activities.
